Years ago, someone gave me the advice, "Don't take pictures while on vacation.  Just focus on the experience."  This turned out to be terrible guidance.  In my late 30s, I started taking more pictures.  In my early 40s, I started writing more. 

 

Art is evolution and these activities help me cement memories, both real and fake, that would otherwise be lost.
